gloom
Our regular Wednsday night GURPs game was off this week due to one of our players being out of country. 😉
So, the rest of us gathered anyhow and played card games. My friend J had this cool game called
“Gloom”.
It has these translucent cards. You place new cards on top of old ones and the ones below show thru as modifiers.
Pretty cool concept. The idea of the game is that you are this weird family of misfits and freaks. When something bad happens it’s gloomy, and when you are gloomy you can die. When all the members of one of the families dies, the game is out. Whoever has the most gloom wins. 🙂
I see that Warehouse23 has copies that have had the boxes crunched, but the cards are ok. Perhaps I will pick up a copy.
