The Republic of Mylantium is a federal state comprising two territories, Avalon and Bicardia. The federal government is tripartite in nature, having a President, a bicameral Congress, and a Supreme Court.

President
The Constitution provides for the election of an executive President to command the Federal military forces and to administer the laws of the Republic. (webpage)

Congress
The Congress is composed of a 100-member Chamber of Deputies elected at large and without reference to Territorial division. Membership is apportioned by Faction and Party according to the vote that these receive during a General Election. The Senate is composed of 3 Senators from each member Territory, with each seat being assigned to the Party (and the Faction within the Party) that receives the most number of votes during a General Election. Supreme Court
The Supreme Court interprets and adjudicates disputes about the meaning of Constitutional and Legislative texts. It has five seats, each held by a Faction. Members of the Court are nominated by the President and approved by a majority vote in the Chamber of Deputies. (webpage)
