Maxie Goes to Greece

Or, How an Itinerant Ex-Philosopher and Writer-Wannabe Tooled Around the Aegean and What He Saw There.

Well, here it is. The Scrapbook of my trip to Greece. Eight disposable cameras and more than two hundred photographs went into producing it. But you won't find two hundred photos here. Many didn't turn out: bad lighting, blurry moving shots, or redundant shots of the same landscapes and landmarks. All were culled. Call this the best of the bunch.

I kept a running journal (posted originally at Toon Zone) and organized the scrapbook by bringing it over here and adding pictures. Some of the journal pages have links leading to other pages with more pictures. It's pretty easy to navigate. To enter, just click here.

By the way, for those who are wondering: "Maxie Zeus" is my screen name at Toon Zone. It's the name of a comically megalomaniac on Batman: The Animated Series. Don't ask why I chose it; I don't remember anymore.
